Donation Transactions
When you donate to Gau Seva Dham, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is non-refundable. Donations are processed as irrevocable gifts that help further our programs, including 24/7 veterinary care, animal sheltering, rehabilitation, and community awareness initiatives. Once a donation is completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Requests
In the rare event that an error occurs during the donation process (such as duplicate charges or technical processing errors), you may contact our donor support team within 7 days of the transaction. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the error is verified, we will process the refund promptly. Please note that requests due to change of mind or reconsideration of the donation are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Time
